Information you provide

When you request an order, P-Tide stores your name, contact details, organization (if supplied), delivery address, order selection, and notes. This information is used to review your request, confirm delivery and payment arrangements, and fulfill an accepted order.

Payments

Payments are handled by NifyNow through its hosted checkout. Card details are entered on NifyNow and are not stored by this website. P-Tide stores payment references, status, amounts, and any returned card fee to track an order.

Reviews

Review submissions are stored for moderation. If approved, your display name, rating, product selection, and review text are published. Avoid including private contact details or other sensitive information in your review.

Cookies and local storage

The site uses a session cookie to protect forms and support administrator sign-in. Your kit selection is saved in your browser’s local storage so it can remain available when you return. No advertising or analytics tracking has been added.

Service providers and access

The website uses hosting services, Cloudflare for web traffic delivery and protection, and NifyNow for payments. Order records and unpublished reviews are restricted to the site administrator. Your private order link grants access to your order details; keep it private.

Questions and requests

Use the contact channel through which you are communicating with P-Tide to ask about access, corrections, or deletion of your information. A dedicated public email address will be added when confirmed. Records needed to fulfill an order or resolve a payment issue may need to be retained.
